Orion Project Overview
- Project located in Jaén Province, Andalucía, Southern Spain
- 756 “cuadrículas mineras” covering an area of ~228km²
- A lithified placer sand geological system with various layers rich in three future facing / critical minerals with high grade potential:
- Rutile (titanium), zircon (zirconium, hafnium), monazite (REE)
- Unsuccessfully explored for uranium and thorium in the 1950’s and 1960’s
- Initial target areas are within Orión Permit
- Historic galena (lead) mine in permit area located directly below mineralised outcrops
- Geological mapping has confirmed two primary seams that appear to be pervasive across the Orión Permit
- Staged acquisition; upon Scoping Study OSM will own 80% of Company owning 95% of the Project*

- The company has commenced its initial maiden drilling program with majority of assays pending

- incl. 2.1m at 17.21% TiO₂, 6.11% ZrO₂, 1,356ppm HfO₂, 1.16% TREO (0.31% MREO) from 105.75m,
- incl. 1.8m at 19.07% TiO₂, 6.84% ZrO₂, 1,517ppm HfO₂, 1.29% TREO (0.35% MREO) from 105.75m.
- 3.0m at 13.20% TiO₂, 4.60% ZrO₂, 1,020ppm HfO₂, 0.89% TREO (0.24% MREO) from 105.75m,
- Indicative heavy mineral grades of:
- 3.0m at 13.0% rutile, 5.0% ilmenite, 8.0% zircon and 1.3% monazite from 105.75m,
- incl. 2.1m at 17.0% rutile, 6.5% ilmenite, 10.6% zircon, 1.8% monazite from 105.75m,
- incl. 1.8m at 18.8% rutile, 7.2% ilmenite, 11.9% zircon, 2.0% monazite from 105.75m.
